Bill is the oldest Weasley (second is you count his great-aunt Muriel given his parents current condition). He's a very smart guy who loves a challenge and has a sense of adventure, and humor. He is very protective of his younger siblings and would do almost anything for them. He has just recently transferred to the London Branch of Gringotts to be closer to his family and maybe a certain half-Veela. He loves to laugh and joke around as much as the next guy, but don't push him too far. Bill's temper may be slow to ignite, but when it goes off... God help you.

Bill is the eldest of the Weasley clan (aside from Great-Aunt Muriel). He would love to see his family even Percy around. He will gladly take care of his parents if asked to so don't worry about that. He is just going to be shocked when he hears about them.

As for friends, Bill is actually a really friendly guy. The only problem comes with the purists. Yeah, he does have an issue with those guys. But that is for another point in time. Over all, he is usually willing to make friends with/talk to anyone who wants to.

Bill is a member of the Order. He isn't public about it yet mostly to protect his family, but it is something that is guessed since he's considered one of those Blood Traitor Weasleys. He frequently debates with Percy on this particular point. As I said before, he can't stand purists. While he enjoys intellectual debates, conversations with purists tend to dissolve into bitter arguments. He just tries to avoid them unless he has to.

So my line of thinking, in general, is that Lily is Harry's mother, Harry is a good friend of the Weasleys, and thus Lily could become acquaintances or friends with all the Weasley kids. I'm not sure how they'd meet, since we'd probably need Harry to facilitate some sort of interaction, but I would hope that the two of them could get along. :3 <3

Lucius&&Bill

It's Malfoy. Wealseys and Malfoys hate each other. It's the circle of life. We could probably have some wicked interactions between the two. Lucius gets to be pompous, Bill gets to defend his family. It's all good fun. :D
